Instruction for online consultation

For “Online Consultation” follow instructions as given below:

Steps

• Go to an Appointment page.
• Fill out all fields in the form including your proposed date of an appointment.
• Select “Online Consultation” in Category field.
• Write the purpose of consultation with doctor and submit form by clicking "Submit" Botton.
• You will get confirmation e-mail with instruction to conduct online consultation as soon as possible.
• If you don’t find confirmation e-mail in your inbox, check in junk mail.

Requirements

Requirements to conduct online consultation are:

1. Either mobile or laptop in which Viber Apps is installed
2. Audio and Video function should be working in any one among above device you will be using.
3. Good internet connection
4. Space without extra noise during online consultation
